Claims Service is what we exceed at as this is at the heart of what we do. Our Claims team provide support to client Mutuals and their Members when they need us most. Claims advice, claims management and engagement with third party providers are key functions for this team.  Our claims staff are highly skilled and experienced in managing the complexities of Mutual claims. 

Governance and Compliance

Mutuals Matter provides complete company secretarial and reporting functions for the Mutual. Support is provided by our compliance team to ensure the Mutual meets all its corporate and regulatory requirements including licence requirements. Our Governance and Compliance Framework details best practice policies and procedures to ensure control measures are managed. Mutuals Matters will deliver knowledge to Mutual clients and their members (if required) with necessary training and support. The compliance team works closely with internal and external auditor to ensure continuous improvement.

At Mutuals Matter we can work together with our clients existing IT systems or develop an efficient IT solution to meet the Mutuals requirements.  We develop our system to provide for member management, data collection, claims and risk management at a minimum.
